Liz Flores, has served as an HR Executive, strategically offering 20 years of HR leadership experience through corporate training and education. This life success journey has offered her the opportunities in assisting startups to multi-million-dollar organizations and its employees through empowerment and leadership training. Bringing unification through real conversations and bridging the gap of conscious communication to optimize relationships; both for the individual as well for management executives for mutual success and growth.

 

As a Certified Career & Self Development Coach –Liz has had the privilege in assisting numerous individuals in identifying their own obstacles, their “life stuck” moments to bring healing and restoration to catapult them into the next chapter of their life experience through support, self-empowerment and challenging their inner being through mindset transformation and emotional intelligence training.

Liz has served on the PIHRA (Professionals in Human Resources Association) Association as Chair. She has received the SHRM Mentorship Award from the Society of Human Resources Management.

She has received certification recognition from the National Association of Business Owners. Liz has a background in Radio & Television broadcasting and has served in media communications. She is also the Founder of OPRG (One People Resources Group) a Business, HR & WC Consulting Group and RAR Womens’ Empowerment Roundtable, a women's empowerment group.

 

As a woman owned business owner and mentor, Liz’s success comes from pursuing her passion by helping both individuals and organizations achieve their purpose and vision. Her belief and success are knowing she is contributing to empower individuals, groups and organizations to enrich their communities through achieved success.
